Nanotec introduces a new integrated steppermotor Plug&Drive type PD4-N.
This Nema23 motor has internal power stage and speed/motion control with network access (CAN bus and RS485).
A user friendly software NanoPro enables the user to set different parameters and operation modes like position mode, speed mode, Puls/Direction, Analog position mode etc.These functions can be called from the PC and tested prior to installation.
The NanoJ easy software steps up to a higher level enabling the user to program the motor and configure it as a stand-alone, decentralised motion system.
Together with the motion parameters, other machine parameters can be stored like lead of a screw, gearbox ratio and even microstep resolution.
Depending on the operation mode, up to 16 motion profiles can be stored in the memory and called by Input selection.
All of these features makes this new PD4-N a universal en flexible automation component.
As a standard, the PD4-N is supplied with RS485 communication. It can easily be changed to CANopen by simple firmware update.
